How ifone Business works: |
| |
Customers must have a broadband internet connection to use ifone. Regular analogue telephones can be plugged into ifone terminal adapters to make international calls, or these terminal adapters can be integrated into existing office PBXs to allow ifone long distance access to all PBX extensions.
Call quality using ifone is dependant on the quality of the internet connection it uses to transmit calls. Heavily used broadband internet connections in certain offices may not be conducive for acceptable call quality with ifone. In such cases, a dedicated broadband internet access connection may be required.
